After gaining invaluable experience and insights from working with a national home builder, our founder ventured out to establish a real estate construction and brokerage company. This endeavor, fueled by a passion for the field and an entrepreneurial spirit, eventually evolved into the full-service real estate investment firm that Koval Holdings is today.

During this journey, we also embraced the challenge of running a real estate appraisal office, further diversifying our expertise and understanding of the real estate market. However, as our focus sharpened on project development, we recognized that our true value lay in leveraging our comprehensive experience to see projects not just for what they were but for what they could become.
